2. Products
VALORIA offers premium dog products including physical goods (accessories, gear, comfort items, toys) and digital products (PDF guides, eBooks, checklists). All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in color due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order ships. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified of any cancellations and refunded in full.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at an additional cost. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $75. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. VALORIA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. 7. Digital Products
Digital products (PDFs, eBooks, checklists) are delivered instantly via download link after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for digital products. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission from VALORIA LLC.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and digital downloads, is the property of VALORIA LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The VALORIA name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of VALORIA LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VALORIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Missouri, United States. By using our website, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
