Physical Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you\u2019re not happy with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on PDF guides, eBooks, checklists, or any other downloadable content once the download link has been accessed.

If you experience technical issues with a digital download, please contact us and we will assist you in accessing your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to our returns address (provided in the authorization email).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we\u2019ll process your refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5\u201310 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we\u2019ve approved the return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
